Terms and Conditions Agreement for The Ballet Cafe

1. Enrollment and Payments:

a. To enroll in the Ballet Cafe, a student must complete and submit an enrollment form and make full payment for the course.

b. Payments for courses must be made in full before the start of the course.

c. The Ballet Cafe reserves the right to change course fees and schedules without prior notice.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

a. In the event that a student cancels their enrollment, the Ballet Cafe will refund their payment in full if written notice is received more than 7 days before the start of the course.

b. If written notice is received less than 7 days before the start of the course, the Ballet Cafe will only issue a refund if the student's place can be filled from a waiting list.

c. The Ballet Cafe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time and will provide a full refund in this event.

3. Attendance and Conduct:

a. Students are expected to attend all classes and arrive on time.

b. Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards other students and instructors.

c. The Ballet Cafe reserves the right to remove a student from the course for disruptive behavior or persistent lateness.

4. Liability:

a. The Ballet Cafe is not liable for any injury sustained by a student while participating in a course.

b. Students participate in courses at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety.

5. Intellectual Property:

a. All material provided by the Ballet Cafe is protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

b. Students may not record or photograph any classes without prior permission from the Ballet Cafe.

6. Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Ballet Cafe is located.

By enrolling in a course at the Ballet Cafe, the student agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
